You agree to not introduce any information, content or materials that may be harmful to other users of this Online Store.

PYOR owns or has the right to use all content that is on our Online Store. All content is protected under copyright law. Any use of our content in whole or in part without expressed written consent from PYOR is strictly prohibted.

By using our Online Store, you agree to hold PYOR and its representatives, third party service providers and employees harmless from all claims and damages (actual and consequential) arising from the use of our Site.

PYOR may offer links to other websites throughout our Online Store. If a user is to navigate these links, our policies including these Terms do not apply. PYOR is not liable for the use of these third party sites and suggests that you review their policies.

Account Information

A user is responsible for all usage in association with their Username and Password. Should you choose to share your username and password, you are responsible for all actions taken within your account.

Governing Law

PYOR is operated out of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You agree that by navigating our Site that it is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec in Canada.

Terms of Sale

PYOR offers sales in Canada only. We will only ship to addresses located in Canada.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the order or payment terms are not met to our satisfaction based on the terms located within this and other Policies.

Pricing

All prices within our Online Store are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes and Shipping costs will be dependent on your location and will be presented to you at the checkout phase of your purchase.

We will do our best to ensure that pricing is always accurate throughout our Online Store, however, errors may occur and PYOR is not responsible for such errors. We reserve the right to change prices throughout our Site at any given moment without notice. PYOR cannot confirm a price of a product until you have completed your purchase through our online checkout.

Payment Method

PYOR accepts Visa and MasterCard as payment for purchases made through our Site. The cardholder must be the purchaser of the order and will be validated at the time of fulfillment.

We do not retain your credit card information and use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your credit card information. PYOR will retain the authorization number which will be used in the case of returns/credits.

All transactions on our site are managed through our ecommerce platform, Shopify.

Inventory Availability

Products available for purchase on our Online Store are subject to limited quantity. Due to this limitation, some products may not be available for shipping immediately at purchase. If this is to occur, we will contact you via email and advise of future delivery (if applicable). If the product has been discontinued, you can replace it or cancel your purchase without charge.

PYOR reserves the right to revise or cease production of any of our products without notice to you. 

Ownership

All products purchased from PYOR are delivered to you by a third party delivery service subject to their own terms and conditions. You shall become the owner of the products from the moment that we deliver the product to the shipping company. The shipment will be governed by the third party’s shipment terms and any insurance that they may have in respect to this shipment.

PYOR disclaims any and all liability associated with damages and losses to the package(s) during shipment. This would include any shipment delays out of our explicit control.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will PYOR be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to; any profit losses, loss of savings, loss of use or lack of availability of facilities including computer resources, routers, and stored data. In the case where PYOR, our representatives, our third party service providers, or any contractors doing business with us are deemed liable, in no case will PYOR’s liability be more than the amount paid by you for the specific product(s) order under which the claim relates.

In no case will PYOR be liable for any damages resulting from viruses, data contribution, failed messages, damages resulting from any type of transmission errors.

For the purpose of this agreement, “PYOR” shall include any and all products which can be purchased from http://www.pyorskin.com.
